This notice explains how Med Sky Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Medsky", "we") handles the personal data you share with us on medsky.com while the site is in its pre-launch phase. It is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you use the “Notify me” form we collect your email address, the date of your signup, your browser's language setting and the page you came from. We do not use advertising cookies on this page.

Why we collect it

Only to tell you when Medsky launches and to send occasional launch-related updates. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

Who can see it

Your data is stored on our hosting provider's servers and is accessed only by the Medsky team. We do not sell or rent it to anyone, and we do not share it with clinics.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after launch.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to info@medsky.com. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU/UK, to your local data protection authority.
